Description:
1. Adsorption  upstream
To ensure desorption liquid water could be collected by downward gravity during regeneration step in reverse direction.
2. Procedures of adsorption and regeneration in reverse direction
To ensure there was no repeated adsorption and heating was not a waste of power.
3. Procedures of heating and cooling in same direction ( downstream)
To ensure there was no moisture contamination and no adsorption in advance during cooling procedure so that adsorption efficiency could be enhanced substantially 20% or more.
4. Energy saving by recycling waste heat from compressors
To apply the measure of heat exchange, CDA was led into the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the final stage of compressed air to achieve the purpose of preheat. This would reduce the temperature rise value of the heater. For example: if the CDA temperature was as high as 100℃ after heat exchange, it would save 50% energy.
5. Patent device for energy saving by reuse of internal waste heat.
The heating stop was advanced by temperature control. Heating and cooling procedures in the same direction so that, during the cooling procedure, it synchronized to raise and  reuse the internal waste heat produced during the heating procedure. A part of heating time would be replaced by 60% of cooling time to shorten 20% or more, and energy saving was 20% or more as well.
6. No pressure release, zero CDA lose and non-moisture contamination
There was no water vapor contamination during the regeneration procedure by using CDA for regeneration. The dryer would not release pressure that CDA could be 100% reused to achieve zero air lose.
7. Independent operation
(not limit on one air compressor to configure one dryer)
It would not be affected by the failure of air compressors, and it could be operated independently. Special concept of design made the arrangement of the facility more convenient.
