Description:
1. Adsorption Downstream
The compressed air made the desiccant tight by flowing downstream during adsorption procedure. This would be able to promote the adsorption efficiency as well as the dew point performance at outlet.
2. Procedures of adsorption and regeneration in reverse direction
To ensure there was no repeated adsorption and heating was not a waste of power.
3. Procedures of heating and cooling in the same direction ( upstream )
To ensure there was no moisture contamination and no adsorption in advance during cooling procedure so that adsorption efficiency can be enhanced substantially 20% or more.
4. Patent device for energy saving by reuse of internal waste heat.
The heating stop was advanced by temperature control. Heating and cooling procedures were in the same direction so that, during the cooling procedure, it synchronized to raise and  reuse the internal waste heat produced during the heating procedure. A part of heating time would be replaced with 60% of cooling time to shorten 20% or more of heating time, and energy saving was 20% or more as well.
5. Desorption by heating external air
The blower was used to draw in the external air and the air was subsequently heated for desorption to reduce the use of CDA that could reduce 80% or more of CDA consumption than heatless dryers.
6. Really cooling
CDA was used to cool the desiccant that could avoid the contamination of vapor and would cool desiccant to below 65℃. It avoided the dew point spike due to moisture penetration as two vessels were switchover.
